Horizontal heads (lock and hinges) on each side work simultaneously for faster cycle times. Left horizontal group with movement that permits milling of classical hinges and the European ANUBA "Drill-in" hinges. The vertical group makes holes for crank (handle) and for standard locks, security, electronic lock for hotels, and also performs other milling/grooving operations on the top side of doors. - Working dimensions: 1,100 x 2,350 x 60 mm (43.3" x 92-1/2" x 2.4"). - Working Heads: (2) Horizontal Routers: Fine + Rough; mounted on the side of the table for mortising the hinges, and (1) horizontal router, pointing in the other direction, for the locks mounted on the gantry.
